The purpose of this Quality Policy is to establish a reference framework that enables the development of tools aimed at achieving the highest level of customer and partner satisfaction at INMAX-21 LLC through the continuous improvement of the services provided, including metal construction works, repair and maintenance of mechanical equipment, civil repair works, and equipment rental services.
For this reason, INMAX-21 LLC commits to implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving its Management System in accordance with the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 standard.
The quality of services and products is one of the core values of INMAX-21 LLC, and ensuring the best possible customer experience is among its primary objectives.
The scope of this Quality Policy, and more broadly the Management System of INMAX-21 LLC, applies to all employees and partners of the organization.
Analyzing the organizational context in order to understand customer needs and adapt accordingly to ensure customer satisfaction;
Continuously reviewing requirements for new technologies and practices that affect the efficiency and improvement of our processes;
Reviewing and analyzing compliance with the objectives and targets of the Management System and, where necessary, defining new objectives aligned with this policy;
Identifying and assessing risks arising from the provision of services;
Periodically reviewing both the System and the Policy to ensure their proper alignment;
Complying with all legal and regulatory requirements affecting the provided services;
Implementing a work methodology focused on prevention rather than correction, aimed at achieving professional development and continuous improvement and evolution of services;
Ensuring that employees are properly trained and sufficiently motivated to improve processes, workforce performance, and objectives;
Building a compact and professional team fully integrated into the company’s philosophy;
Responding to claims and suggestions from our customers and partners, leading to tangible improvements with a noticeable impact on the end user;
Making the Quality Management System an integral part of our conduct and operations.
To achieve these planned objectives, the Quality Management System—reflected in procedures and work instructions—will be accessible to all employees. Through this system, results will be documented and periodically reviewed by the Quality Committee to ensure continuous improvement.
This Quality Policy is communicated internally to ensure accessibility for all employees of INMAX-21 LLC and is also published on social media platforms to ensure external dissemination.
