SOFAZ Tower (ARDNF Tower) – is a multi-story building located in the capital of Azerbaijan, Baku. This skyscraper, which serves as the new administrative building of the State Oil Fund of the Republic of Azerbaijan (SOFAZ), is a unique project that incorporates the latest technological innovations and high international standards, as well as elements from Azerbaijan's nine carpet weaving schools.
By the decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan No. 367s, dated December 29, 2009, a 0.64-hectare plot of land located at 6th Kendelan Street, Nizami District, was allocated to the Fund for the construction of SOFAZ’s new administrative building. On that day, President Ilham Aliyev attended the solemn ceremony for laying the foundation of the building.
